Role Description

The Event Executive (Logistics and Operations) is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end event logistics, including venue arrangements, supplier and vendor management, and overseeing event setup and teardown. The Event Executive supports timelines and operational plans, manages registration processes, and ensures smooth on-site execution of conferences, exhibitions, and other events. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders, monitor budgets and resources, and assist with post-event evaluation and reporting to continuously improve event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide operational coordination, technical support, audio-visual services, compliance, cleaning services, exhibitor services, and overall client satisfaction during exhibitions and conferences. 
• To act as the key liaison between clients, event managers, in-house designers and third party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met.
• To establish cooperative working relationships with partners, venue owners/managers, service contractors, government bodies, clients, etc. 
• To create and maintain event timelines and schedules.
• To source, inspect, negotiate for the best price and appoint contractors and vendors
• To direct and manage the floor plan and floor management, registration procedures, on-site operations and pre/post event operations of each event.
• To provide updates and regular reports on operational matters and post-event reports. 

Requirements

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A good team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well-organised, meticulous and proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Relevant experience in events, hospitality, travel, or tourism is an advantage.
• Willing and able to travel when required.
