Sales Executive (Furniture) – Salam Development Sdn. Bhd.

Location: Kuala Terengganu

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive (Furniture) to join our growing team in Kuala Terengganu. In this role, you will be the front-facing ambassador for our furniture line, assisting customers, providing product consultations, and closing sales to meet company targets.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Product Consultation & Sales: Actively promote, present, and sell furniture products and collections to walk-in, corporate, and online clients.

Customer Relationship Management: Attend to client inquiries, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver outstanding after-sales service.

Deal Closing & Quotations: Handle order inquiries, prepare product quotations, and guide clients smoothly through the purchase process.

Target Achievement: Work proactively towards meeting and exceeding monthly personal and team sales targets.

Showroom & Inventory Coordination: Maintain product presentation standards in the showroom and coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

Age: 20 years old and above.

Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or the furniture/interior industry is an advantage (fresh graduates or candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).

Communication Skills: Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, confident, and customer-focused.

Mobility: Possess own transport and willingness to travel within Terengganu if required.

What We Offer (Benefits):

Basic Salary: RM 1,700 per month

Statutory Contributions: KWSP (EPF) & PERKESO (SOCSO / EIS)
