Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Professional accounting certification(ACCA/MIA/CPA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior accounts executive or similar role, ideally in a professional services orconsulting environment.
- Knowledge in SQL accounting software and/or other accounting systems
- Knowledge in handle monthly payroll using software is a plus
- Knowledge in e-invoicing
- Client focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Tanggungjawab
- Handle all types of accounting jobs across diverse industries
- Accounting data entries and preparation of full sets of accounts
- Monitoring & analyzing accounting data
- Prepare month-end reconciliation and notes
- Prepare and submit SST return for clients
- Handling queries related to accounts
- Implementation and support of e-invoicing processes for client
- Liaising with clients independently in the course of the work
- Human resource and payroll processing
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
