ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Communications & Campaigns Manager to lead campaigns across Mind Stretcher’s brands. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will turn business priorities into campaign plans, develop the messaging and oversee delivery across digital and print channels, working closely with our centre and teaching teams.
This is a hands-on role with autonomy to shape campaigns and how the work gets done. Alongside leading delivery, you will write copy, develop creative and produce materials yourself. You should be comfortable making decisions independently and taking responsibility for the quality and results of your work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead integrated campaigns. Plan campaigns that support programme launches, enrolment and engagement with existing families. Own the campaign calendar and make decisions about audiences, channels, timing and competing priorities.
- Lead marketing communications. Develop campaign messaging and write and edit copy across channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and high standards of clarity, accuracy and relevance.
- Develop effective creative. Shape campaign concepts, create key materials and guide other contributors. Ensure copy and visuals work together across email, messaging, website, social, in-app and print.
- Understand our audiences and market. Use parent feedback, campaign data and developments in the education sector to identify opportunities and sharpen our messaging. Keep informed about competitor activity.
- Lead delivery across teams. Work with centre and teaching teams to align campaign plans, establish clear responsibilities and keep rollouts on track.
- Measure and improve performance. Review results against campaign objectives, test improvements to messaging, creative and targeting, and share findings and recommendations with the Marketing Lead.
- Manage campaign resources and spend. Plan budgets and resource needs, oversee suppliers where involved and deliver within agreed budgets.
- Improve how campaigns are produced. Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to improve the team’s work while maintaining editorial and creative standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- At least five years of relevant marketing or communications experience, including at least two years independently leading integrated campaigns. You must demonstrate ownership of campaign planning, messaging, creative direction and results.
- Excellent written English and editorial judgment. You can turn a complex brief into clear, persuasive communication for different audiences.
- Hands-on creative ability and a good eye for design. You produce work yourself and give useful creative direction. Specialist graphic design skills are welcome but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder and project leadership. You build productive relationships, negotiate priorities and make considered decisions when requirements change.
- Confidence with campaign tools and data. You have experience with CRM, email or messaging platforms and use performance insights to improve campaigns.
- An understanding of Singapore’s education landscape, including key schooling milestones and the questions parents consider when choosing programmes.
- Practical experience with AI tools, with the curiosity to explore better ways of working and the judgment to assess their output.
A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is welcome. Equivalent relevant experience is equally valued.
USEFUL ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Marketing in the education sector or an agency.
- Paid social or search advertising.
- Marketing automation and lifecycle communications.
- Website content management or basic HTML/CSS.
