Tanggungjawab
- Monitor, control and ensure total compliance of all safety, health and environment - legal and corporate requirements of the company.
- Anticipate, prevent and eliminate all unsafe conditions and practices on the site that could lead to occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Maintain the SHE Management System in full compliance and provide training if necessary.
- Review and update all procedures per the OHSMS & EMS for total adherence. Conduct periodic audit to ensure the conformance.
- Continuously monitoring exposure limits of noise, dust, chemicals, gases etc. Periodic condition checks to be done.
- Actively involved in hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control on the site in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Totally responsible for the total fire protection system on the site (management of & the physical condition).
- Lead and coordinate 6S activities with the various functional department.
- Manage the scheduled waste - generation, storage until disposal.
- All other task assigned by the management.
