pvtIQ is Smartkarma's private markets research offering, covering private companies and funds for investors active in venture and private equity.

The Role

• Win net-new VC, PE and growth equity clients across Singapore and APAC, owning the sales cycle from first meeting to close
• Open doors at C-suite level, building relationships through outbound prospecting, events and your existing network
• Shape propositions around how investment teams source, diligence and monitor deals, and negotiate agreements through to signature
• Feed client insight back to product and content teams, forecast accurately and deliver against a quarterly target

What we are Looking for

• 4+ years selling data, research or SaaS products, ideally into private markets investors.
• An established network across the APAC VC and PE ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of private markets, including fundraising, deal sourcing and portfolio monitoring.
• Results-oriented finisher who works at pace.
• Clear, succinct communicator in writing and in meetings.
• Prior experience at a private markets data or deal intelligence provider is strongly preferred
