Skills we are looking for:

• Student pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or a related field.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or video editing tools would be an advantage.
• Skills in photography, videography or motion graphics would be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good written and verbal English.
• A creative and proactive team player who can manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and give and receive constructive feedback from colleagues across all levels of the organisation.

As a Group Communications Intern, you will support the planning and delivery of internal and external communications across Leader Energy. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, branding, social media, content creation and events, helping us share our stories and engage employees and external stakeholders.

What you will be involved in:

• Internal communications — Support employee communications, including the preparation and coordination of communication materials.
• Social media and digital communications —Assist with content calendars, and content creation.
• Events and campaigns — Support the planning, coordination and on-site execution of corporate events, exhibitions, etc.
• Photography and video — Assist with coordination and basic editing of photos, videos and other visual content for communication channels.
• Team coordination — Help maintain content archives, media lists and communication assets, liaise with colleagues and vendors, and support day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects.
