Report to Senior Accountant on thefollowing:

Purchasing Admin:

·       Assist in Production to engage approved suppliers to purchase raw materials in a timely manner. Experience in raising suppliers’ PO.

·       Adopt Company policy and guidelines to qualify new suppliers based on cost vs quality.

·       Manage, do stock take of product inventory and control days aging.

·       Monitor and ensure food production costs are within the company guidelines.

·       Assist to print production labels for the packing department.

·       Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and lock down optimal prices for cost control.

·       Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

       FSSC Admin         

·       Report to Director on all FSSC administration.

·       Working knowledge of current local Food Standards criteria as well as International Food Standards like HACCP,IS22k, FSSC22000 etc are essential.

·       Spearhead all customer and regulatory Food related document control, filing and Audits including Biz Safe Level 3.    

       Catering Sales Admin

·       Report to Director on Catering administration.

·       Assist in managing in-house sales and expanding the company's sales efforts for Bento catering. Duties include developing menus, creating packaging, and promoting to catering clients to drive sales growth.     

·       Create and prepare detailed catering sales proposals (including meus and pricing)  tailored to potential customers to secure new business opportunities.

·       Conduct diligent follow-up communications with catering prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.

·       Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to enhance catering client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

·       Must be good with numbers and excel spreadsheet.

·       Min 1 of 2 years experiences in a manufacturing / production environment, preferably in the food industry.

·       Min Diploma in relevant field.
