The Warehouse Officer is responsible for supporting the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, issuing and dispatching of goods. The position also handles warehouse documentation, inventory records and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Officer is expected to maintain proper stock control, ensure warehouse housekeeping and follow company procedures, safety requirements and operational standards.

Warehouse Operations

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing goods.
• Receive incoming goods, raw materials, finished goods and other items.
• Check quantities, product condition, labels and supporting documents upon receiving.
• Arrange and store goods according to the designated location and storage requirements.
• Carry out picking, packing, issuing and loading of goods according to approved documents.
• Ensure goods are properly arranged, labelled and stored to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Prepare and manage DO, GRN, stock transfer and other warehouse documents.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Assist in loading and unloading activities when required.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics personnel for delivery and collection arrangements.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Oversee the preparation, packing and arrangement of hampers and promotional/product packages according to customer orders and Company requirements.
• Ensure hampers and other packed products are prepared accurately, properly packed and ready for collection or delivery according to the required schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Warehouse, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
