About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Interns to join our Global Finance Service team.

This internship offers hands-on exposure across key finance operations within a global shared-services environment, with opportunities to gain practical experience in either Order-to-Cash (OTC), Master Data Governance (MDG) or Travel & Expense (T&E).

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Finance teams, contribute to actual business activities and develop a practical understanding of how finance operations support a global organization.

What You’ll Be Involved In

Order-to-Cash (OTC) (1 vacancy)

• Support daily Order-to-Cash activities, including billing, e-invoicing, Accounts Receivable and reconciliation.
• Assist with invoice processing, credit notes and follow-up of billing exceptions.
• Support investigation and follow-up of reconciliation discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Coordinate with Local Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with other OTC operational and process improvement activities.

Master Data Governance (MDG) (2 vacancies)

• Support Master Data Governance (MDG) activities, including vendor, customer, and other master data creation, updates, and validation including phone verification.
• Maintain and update master data accurately, timely including reviewing required information and supporting documents.
• Assist with data quality checks and cleansing activities, including identifying duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent master data.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve master data issues and ensure requests are processed accurately and on time.

Travel & Expense (T&E) (1 vacancy)

• Support the Expense Claim process, including checking claim forms, receipts, approvals, and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update expense claim information and organize supporting documents accurately.
• Assist in preparing the weekly payment template and validating accounting information.
• Coordinate with other team and local Finance team to ensure expense claims are processed accurately and on time.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 12 weeks.
• Interested in gaining practical exposure to finance and accounting operations within a shared-services environment.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Able to handle financial and company information with appropriate confidentiality.
