We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented Banking Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day banking operations efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process account opening, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Promote banking products and services, including accounts, loans, cards, and digital banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Support branch business development and achieve assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant banking experience will be preferred; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Good understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude.
