Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

• Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies and follow up on technical queries.

• Prepare and follow up on work schedules, method statements, material submissions and RFIs.

• Monitor site progress, workmanship and resource requirements against project plans.

• Coordinate architectural, structural and M&E interfaces.

• Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates.

• Coordinate inspections, rectification works and handover documents.

• Support the Project Manager in meeting project quality, safety and completion requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in construction project coordination or site engineering.

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Familiar with construction methods, site procedures and applicable requirements.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage assigned tasks and follow through on outstanding issues.
