Job Description

• Prepare and distribute Science teaching materials and experiment kits.
• Set up equipment and materials for Science lessons and experiments.
• Assist teachers with Science enrichment programmes and school events.
• Clean, organise and maintain the Science Resource Room and equipment.
• Conduct inventory checks and monitor Science supplies.
• Report faulty equipment and assist with repairs or replacements.
• Provide administrative support to teachers, including photocopying, filing, binding and document preparation.
• Assist with student attendance, resource loans and lost-and-found items.
• Maintain and update records and databases.
• Provide logistical support for school programmes and events.
• Assist the General Office with counter duties, public enquiries and sick bay duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the HOD, Science or School Leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 GCE O-Level passes, including English.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in school administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
