Job Description

• Support school discipline processes and ensure discipline policies and guidelines are followed.
• Monitor and follow up on students undergoing disciplinary consequences.
• Maintain and update the school's internal discipline database and records.
• Ensure accurate documentation, confidentiality and safekeeping of discipline records.
• Highlight pending or urgent discipline cases to the Head of Student Management.
• Assist Year Heads, HODs and Student Management staff with discipline-related matters.
• Assist with detention, in-house suspension, character-building programmes and Gear-Up programmes.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties related to student management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, word processing,spreadsheets and data entry.
• Preferably experienced in classroom management anddiscipline administration.
• Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and negotiationskills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in ateam.
• Able to conduct basic student interviews and assist with investigations.
