Job description

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
• Proficiency in SQL accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations and payroll processes
• Developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records
• To assist in inventory control system on costing of stocks and ensure a proper system of documentation
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Performs ad hoc task as requested by Director related to job scope
• Handle credit control matters and follow up on payments by customers
• Process payments to suppliers and prepare payment vouchers
• Liaise with auditor, manage to handling account receivables & account payable including liaise with supplier and customer.

Position Requirements: Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
