Location: West
3 Rotating shifts (5 days work week / Monday to Sunday, including PH)
3 rotating shifts as follows:
1st shift: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
2nd shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
3rd shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may extend up to 9:00 PM)
The role is also rostered for Saturday duty from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, approximately once every 4–6 weeks, with time-off provided in lieu
Salary up to $2,800 + shift allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Job Responsibilities
Register patients, provide financial counselling, and explain billing, deposits, insurance claims, and payment arrangements.
Process patient billing, final payments, refunds, bill adjustments, and Medisave details accurately
Attend to patient and visitor enquiries, coordinate with clinics, wards, operating theatres, and nursing staff.
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, ward transfers, bed requests, and appointment scheduling.
Prepare daily reports, admission lists, ward statistics, and update patient records using the system.
Retrieve and verify patient medical records, allocate beds according to patient needs, and coordinate with the Clinic and Pharmacy on medication and appointments.
Job Requirements
Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & PH.
