We are looking for a Marketing Executive.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Plan and executemarketing activities to support business growth across B2B and B2C segments,identifying target audiences and developing relevant marketing campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Manage digitalmarketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn, togenerate enquiries and qualified leads for UrbanSpace's services.
- Content & Social Media Management: Manage the company'ssocial media accounts and content calendar. Create engaging content, includingcopywriting, graphics, promotional materials, and short-form videos to increasebrand awareness and engagement.
- Marketing Systems & AI Tools: Make effective use of AItools and existing marketing subscriptions to support content creation,campaign planning, market research, design, and marketing automation. Maintainorganised marketing workflows and support lead tracking through Zoho CRM.
- Website & Digital Presence: Maintain and improve thecompany website, landing pages, and online presence, ensuring clear servicemessaging and a smooth customer journey that encourages enquiries andconversions.
- Campaign Management & Performance Tracking: Plan,execute, and optimise marketing campaigns. Monitor lead generation, cost perlead, engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates, providing regularreports and recommendations for improvement.
- Sales & Operations Collaboration: Work closely withsales and operations teams to improve lead handling, understand customer needs,and align marketing activities with business priorities.
- Market Research & Growth Opportunities: Monitorcompetitor activities, market trends, and potential B2B partnerships toidentify opportunities for business growth.
