Job Description:

• Event Strategy & Planning: Develop event concepts, goals, and marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
• Marketing & Promotion: Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing, to promote events and build awareness.
• Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, sponsors, and others.
• Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, digital content, and promotional materials for events.
• Event Execution: Supervise event setup, oversee the smooth flow of activities, and manage on-site logistics.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze event performance, gather attendee feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, product marketing, sales) and external vendors.
• Carry out any other job tasks / assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or direct superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, creative thinking & problem solving skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
