About the role Warehouse Picker and Packer role based at Jurong Fishery port area, working with frozen food products in a frozen room environment at −18C. This is a night shift position working 12-hour shifts Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 26 days per month.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack frozen food products accurately according to order specifications to ensure timely delivery
Sort, label, and arrange frozen products systematically for efficient loading and delivery
Load and unload frozen goods safely to maintain product integrity and prevent damage
Assist with stock checking and inventory management to support accurate stock levels
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the frozen room to ensure a safe working environment
Wear appropriate thermal protective clothing and work effectively in freezing temperatures of −18C
Work night shifts and overtime as required to meet operational demands
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse operations and procedures
Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks in a cold environment
