What is your mission?

• Maintain full sets of accounts for a portfolio of Singapore clients, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.
• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Liaise with clients to obtain accounting information, resolve bookkeeping queries, and provide timely updates on deliverables.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and schedules, corporate tax computations, GST reports and other statutory filings, and ensure their accuracy and completeness before delivering to clients.
• Prepare Unaudited/ Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL.
• Prepare accounting schedules for audit purposes, maintain organised accounting documentation, and support external auditors during annual compliance exercises.
• Manage multiple client portfolios effectively by prioritising workloads and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timeliness.
• Utilise cloud accounting software and digital tools to maintain efficient bookkeeping processes while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial, to deliver high-quality outsourced accounting services and exceptional client support.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or other professional certificates (eg, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
• 1-3 years of Outsourced Accounting background in supporting either Malaysia or Singapore market (preferably).
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines effectively.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
