Responsibilities 

• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals for new and existing employees 

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and login issues across systems (Active Directory, SSO, email, etc.) 

• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues as needed 

• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate equipment procurement 

• Support office infrastructure (printers, network connectivity, meeting room AV equipment) 

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes (account creation, equipment handover, access revocation) 

• Document common issues and solutions in a knowledge base 

• Assist with AWS cloud operations tasks (IAM user management, basic resource monitoring, S3 access) 

• Learn and grow into cloud infrastructure responsibilities over time 

Requirements 

• 2+ years experience in IT support or helpdesk role 

• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments 

• Experience with user account management (Active Directory, Google Workspace, or similar) 

• Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP) 

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests 

• Eagerness to learn cloud technologies 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune) 

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) 

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) 

• AWS exposure or certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate) 

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts
