Product-driven development. Turn requirements into scalable, low-latency microservices and APIs with product managers and designers.

Backend systems. Build high-performance, maintainable services in Golang, C# .NET or Java Spring Boot.

Data.

Design data models, write complex queries and tune PostgreSQL for high transaction volumes.

Multi-cloud. Deploy, run and scale containerized apps on AWS and Azure with Docker and Kubernetes.

Code quality. Apply sound design principles, patterns and testing for clean, modular code.

CI/CD. Work with DevOps to keep pipelines and deployments secure and automated.

Technical leadership. Lead code reviews, write technical documentation and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.

Cross-functional delivery. Ship reliable, secure solutions with teams across the business, in line with our QHSE standards.

Requirements:-

At least 7 years of professional software development in backend or product engineering.

Strong proficiency in at least one of Golang, C# .NET or Java Spring Boot.

A solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles and modern design patterns.

Extensive hands-on PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexing and database architecture.

Proven experience with infrastructure on AWS EC2, S3, RDS, EKS) and Azure AKS, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).

Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices and API design REST, gRPC.

Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
