• Coordinate and execute regional marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, medical congresses, exhibitions, seminars, webinars and other promotional events.
• Manage event preparations, including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor coordination, promotional materials, participant registration and post-event follow-ups.
• Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to implement campaigns that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
• Assist in preparing and adapting marketing presentations, brochures, digital content and promotional materials for different regional markets.
• Conduct customer surveys, market research and competitor benchmarking to gather insights on industry developments and market opportunities.
• Support the coordination of product introduction activities, marketing campaigns and promotional programmes across assigned markets.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, industry experts, external partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate educational programmes and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in organising product-related workshops, training sessions and regional sales meetings.
• Track marketing activities, consolidate market feedback and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and overseas teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and regional projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in marketing coordination, event management, marketing communications or regional marketing support.
• Candidates with experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceutical or life sciences industries will have an added advantage.
• Experience coordinating conferences, exhibitions, webinars, seminars or corporate marketing events.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, market research or customer surveys.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with overseas stakeholders and supporting multiple regional markets.
• Willing to travel approximately 30–40% across the Asia Pacific region.
