Manage daily office administrative operations, including filing, documentation, data entry, and handling office supplies/inventory.

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and front desk, routing communications to the relevant departments.

Prepare, process, and reconcile operational documents such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and expense claims.

Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendar bookings for management and team members.

Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., building management, courier services, office maintenance).

Assist the HR/Finance team with basic onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and petty cash management.

Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to team heads as needed.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

1–3 years of working experience in an administrative or office support role (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).

High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
