Job Summary

Prepare and cook chicken rice dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook chicken rice, including poached and roasted chicken and rice, to meet quality standards
• Prepare chicken stock, sauces, chilli, and other ingredients to support menu consistency
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation for all dishes served
• Clean and sanitize cooking areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Monitor food supplies and store ingredients properly to prevent spoilage
• Comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food preparation and handling regulations
• Support daily kitchen operations and perform additional tasks assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in preparing and cooking chicken rice
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual work ethic
