About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction project operations in Jurong West. This permanent role offers a basic salary of up to $3,500 with variable bonus benefits and follows a 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm). You will work closely with the Project Manager and project teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of project activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations and liaising with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain and organise project documentation, including drawings logs, material submissions, method statements, RFIs, and project correspondence.
• Monitor project timelines, track outstanding tasks, and follow up with relevant parties to meet required deadlines.
• Assist with procurement activities by requesting quotations, monitoring purchase orders, and tracking material deliveries and site requirements.
• Arrange site meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on agreed action items.
• Coordinate with the site team to compile progress updates, manpower records, and daily or weekly reports.
• Support client and consultant submission processes to ensure approvals are obtained promptly.
• Maintain proper document filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
• Handle additional project administration duties assigned by the Project Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Have 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects, with main contractor or subcontractor experience being an advantage.
• Able to interpret and manage construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and submission records.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving license.
