  • Support the alignment of individual and departmental OKRs with the Group’s strategic objectives and performance management framework.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and industrial relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes, including HRD Corp matters.
  • Prepare HR-related proposals, papers, and recommendations for the NRC and BOD, including remuneration, promotions, organisational structure, manpower planning, and HR governance.
  • Participate in ESG initiatives, particularly employee well-being, social sustainability, and governance-related matters.
  • Participate in ERM activities, including HR risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and internal controls.
  • Manage HRIS, employee records, HR reporting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Support senior management in workforce planning, organisational development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF, SOCSO, and other Malaysian statutory requirements.
  • Experience in performance management frameworks, OKR implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
