SAP FICO Analyst

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role: Permanent

Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP FICO Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, functional support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle SAP FICO configuration using SPRO/IMG.
• Provide functional and technical support for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Product Costing.
• Manage SAP change requests, enhancements, and RICEF objects.
• Work on FI integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.
• Participate in requirement gathering, UAT, testing, and production deployment.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and provide end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with SAP security and audit policies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Strong knowledge of FI and CO modules.
• Practical experience in SPRO/IMG configuration and SAP support.
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and PP.
• Basic SAP ABAP knowledge is an advantage (optional).
• Good communication and English language skills.
• SAP certification is an added advantage.
