Kerja Kontrak Construction Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,800 di Terra Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction or engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, workmanship and project execution.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and method statements.

Good knowledge of site safety, quality requirements and construction practices.

Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors and project stakeholders

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.

Monitor site progress against the approved work programme and highlight delays or potential issues to the Project Team.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers and site personnel to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to requirements.

Inspect completed and ongoing works to ensure proper workmanship and compliance with project quality standards.

Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with Project Engineers and relevant parties on-site technical matters.

Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment requirements to ensure sufficient resources are available for daily site activities.

Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with Company safety procedures, site rules and applicable safety requirements.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, manpower records, site photographs and other required documentation.

Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions and escalate technical, operational or construction matters to the Project Manager / Construction Manager.

Assist in inspections, rectification works, testing, punch-list closure and project handover activities.
