Responsibilities:

• Gather and verify all necessary information before inputting data into software programs such as Google Apps Script or Javascript.
• Preparing and sorting related documents/emails/information for data entry.
• Inputting data into database software within specified time limits and verifying the accuracy of the entered data.
• Maintains database requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Conduct statistical analyses and data visualization
• Preparing weekly reports for administrative
• Keep information confidential.
• Provide database support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
• Provide occasional administrative support.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor in Applied, Applied Science, Data Science/Analyst, or equivalent.
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
• Basic understanding of databases
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
• Willing to relocate near work location (Mutiara Damansara).
• Minimum internship duration of 3 Months.
