• Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including the accurate receiving, systematic storing, and timely dispatching of goods.
• Maintain meticulous inventory records and ensure the correct storage protocols are followed for all materials.
• Prepare orders for shipment with precision, including careful packing and accurate labeling to meet customer expectations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided as needed).
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve and exceed warehouse goals, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) is required.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage but not essential.
