We are looking for a motivated and committed Associate to join our Debt Recovery & Hire Purchase practice.

Practice Areas:

• Debt Recovery & Hire Purchase   

Qualifications:

• Minimum second upper LLB and where applicable, with BPTC or CLP.
• Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in the relevant practice areas.
• Sound technical knowledge of laws in general, including procedural laws, as well as in the relevant practice areas.
• Experience / Knowledge on (but not limited to) the following area would be required:

-      Debt Recovery

-      Hire Purchase  

• Strong verbal and drafting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess an approachable and professional personality and leadership qualities.
• Good reasoning and analytical skills.
• Resilient, responsible, and committed to delivering qualitative works and services.
• Good communication skills & a good team player.
