SP Advisory is looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Impian Emas, Skudai, Johor.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, are willing to learn, and want to develop their sales and customer relationship skills.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Impian Emas, Skudai, Johor
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM7,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
• Additional Earnings: Commission and performance-based bonus

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone and introduce the company's services
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Maintain professional relationships with customers
• Meet customers when required to discuss potential business opportunities
• Complete basic administrative and documentation tasks
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and develop sales skills
• Responsible, proactive and willing to take initiative
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
