Local Cantonese speaker with strong fluency in Traditional Cantonese

Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales and Digital Marketing experience

Experience in any of the following is advantageous:

• B2B Sales

• Digital Marketing

• Consulting

• Sales of intangible products/services

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Confident in conducting cold calls and client conversations

Persistent, proactive and target-oriented

Strong logical thinking and communication skills

Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment

Conduct outbound cold calls to advertisers using paid social media advertising.

Engage advertisers to understand their business challenges and advertising needs.

Assess how effectively clients are utilizing social media platforms.

Identify opportunities to improve clients' social media advertising performance.

Recommend relevant solutions based on customer requirements.

Conduct follow-up discussions and maintain client engagement.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Recommend suitable plan upgrades to increase advertising spend where appropriate.

Support customers while achieving assigned sales and KPI targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with advertisers.

Manage a quarterly assigned list of advertisers and proactively engage them.
