As a Building Executive (Grade A Building), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.
Conduct regular inspections of the building, common areas, and facilities, and coordinate rectification works where required.
Manage outsourced service providers, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and maintenance contractors.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, M&E inspections, and unit fit-out/reinstatement activities.
Monitor and maintain fire protection systems, execute fire drills, and support emergency response initiatives.
Manage the use of common facilities and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
Prepare and monitor operational and capital expenditure budgets.
Support contract administration, procurement, and documentation for building operations.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve operational issues and implement improvement works.
Build positive tenant relationships by addressing feedback promptly and providing after-hours emergency support when required.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree / Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
