• 能独立工作，同时具备良好的团队合作精神。

• 必须自备交通工具。

We’re Looking for Someone Like You

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• At least 1–3 years of experience in printing, advertising or related industries is preferred.

• B2B corporate sales experience is an advantage, particularly experience serving SME or corporate clients.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.

• Able to work independently while being a strong team player.

• Must have your own transportation.

What Will You Be Involved In?

Creative Proposals｜Develop creative advertising and marketing ideas based on client needs
Client Communication｜Connect with different SME business owners and understand their branding & marketing needs
Advertising Solutions｜Recommend suitable advertising media and promotional solutions
Team Collaboration｜Work closely with clients and internal teams to move projects forward
Project Execution｜Follow projects from initial discussion and proposal to final execution

Sales & Business Development

• Proactively develop, visit and engage with SME clients to promote SBS advertising and promotional solutions.

• Introduce online and offline advertising and promotional solutions based on clients’ needs.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and personal networks, and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable advertising strategies and packages.

• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Update the CRM system and sales records daily to accurately track clients, sales progress and performance.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the immediate supervisor.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and sales strategies.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure advertising projects are executed smoothly.

• Share ideas and improvement suggestions to continuously enhance the sales process and client experience.

工作职责销售与业务拓展

• 主动开发、拜访及接洽中小企业（SME）客户，推广 SBS 的广告宣传方案。

• 向客户介绍线上和线下广告及宣传，根据客户需求提供合适方案。

• 跟进市场推广活动及个人人脉所获得的潜在客户，并完成销售成交。

• 达成公司制定的每日、每月及年度销售目标（KPI）。

客户关系管理

• 建立并维护长期客户关系，促进回头客及客户转介绍。

• 了解客户业务需求，提供合适的广告宣传策略及配套方案。

• 提供完善的售后服务，确保客户满意度。

销售运营与报告

• 每日更新 CRM 系统及销售记录，准确跟进客户、销售进度及业绩。

• 定期向直属主管提交销售报告。

• 关注市场趋势及竞争对手动态，发掘新的业务机会。

团队协作

• 与市场营销团队紧密合作，配合推广活动及销售策略。

• 与内部各部门协调合作，确保广告项目顺利执行。

• 提出建议及改善方案，持续优化销售流程及客户体验。
