Role Description:
The Assistant Manager (Event Management & Community Engagement) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, programmes, and outreach activities that advance the Academy’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing event logistics, vendor and partner coordination, venue and technical arrangements, and on-site operations for seminars, workshops, conferences, and community initiatives. The role involves developing engagement plans, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and community partners, and supporting marketing and communications efforts, including content for digital channels and outreach materials. The Assistant Manager will assist with budget tracking, post-event evaluation, reporting, and process improvement to ensure high-quality and impactful activities. This is a temporary, on-site role based in Singapore.
