Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Understand clients’ hiring requirements
• Source, screen and interview suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding arrangements
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Work towards individual and team targets
