Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and walk-ins.
Assist clients with enquiries relating to property sale, purchase and refinancing matters.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with lawyers, bankers, property agents and relevant authorities.
Prepare and manage client files, documents and administrative records.
Follow up with clients and provide timely updates on the progress of their transactions.
Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the conveyancing process.
Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in a law firm, conveyancing practice, real estate or banking industry is an advantage.
Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
