Job Overview

We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Mandarin Teacher to provide a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. The role involves teaching Mandarin through suitable lessons and activities while supporting children's overall learning and development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, with the ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively in Mandarin.

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant qualification. Qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is an advantage.

• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.

• Patient, responsible, caring, and able to communicate well with children.

• Previous experience in preschool, kindergarten, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with an interest in early childhood education are welcome to apply.

• Plan and conduct engaging Mandarin lessons suitable for preschool children.

• Teach Mandarin through activities such as storytelling, songs, games, arts and crafts, and interactive learning.

• Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities according to the learning programme.

• Monitor and support children's learning progress and overall development.

• Maintain a safe, clean, positive, and well-organised classroom environment.

• Encourage children to communicate and participate confidently during lessons.

• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding children's progress when required.

• Work closely with other teachers and the preschool team on classroom activities and school programmes.
