Willing to participate in training, skills upgrading and competency assessments

Able to work effectively with doctors, nurses, therapists, front desk and other consultants

Conduct initial patient consultations, understand patient concerns and treatment goals, perform appropriate assessments, and provide clear information on suitable treatment options in accordance with clinic guidelines

Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, potential risks, limitations, and aftercare instructions clearly

Perform assigned treatments strictly in accordance with approved clinical protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and proper treatment standards

Recommend suitable treatments and treatment plans based on the patient's needs, assessment, and doctor's advice where applicable

Explain available packages, treatment schedules, and relevant terms accurately without making misleading claims

Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress, appointments, aftercare, and future treatment plans

Maintain professional communication and support a positive patient experience

Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables

Comply with all infection control, sterilisation, hygiene, and safety SOPs

Accurately document consultation details, treatment records, progress notes, package usage, and any adverse reactions or relevant patient information

Adhere to assigned consultation and treatment schedules and manage appointment and treatment timing efficiently

Maintain professional, ethical, and respectful behaviour when communicating with patients, colleagues, and management

Protect patient confidentiality and uphold the clinic's professional standards

Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, therapists, front desk, and other consultants to ensure accurate patient handover, appointment coordination, treatment planning, and continuity of care

Support clinic sales and business objectives by providing accurate treatment information, following up with enquiries and existing patients, and assisting patients in selecting suitable treatment plans within approved clinic guidelines

Participate in training, product briefings, skills upgrading, and competency assessments

Adhere strictly to clinic policies, SOPs, approved treatment protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements

Ensure all treatment, consultation, package, and payment-related information provided to patients is accurate

This role is subject to performance appraisal, audits, competency assessments, and disciplinary procedures based on compliance with the above responsibilities and clinic policies
