Kelayakan

  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 2.00 PM – 10.00 PM
    Saturday: 9.00 AM – 2.00 PM

  • Working Location : Bandar Kinrara, Puchong

  • Job Scope & Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls to parents, students, and prospective clients to promote all education programs offered by the company from time to time.

    • Achieve individual and team KPIs set by management for call volume, engagement, and enrolments.

Tanggungjawab

  • Make outbound calls to parents, students and potential customers.

  • Promote the company's education programmes.

  • Explain programme details, fees, schedules and benefits.

  • Follow up with interested customers and encourage registration.

  • Record calls, enquiries and registration status.

  • Achieve individual and team KPIs.

  • Assist with student registration, data entry and basic administration.

  • Coordinate with other teams for updated programme information.

  • Prepare basic telemarketing reports.

  • Perform other duties assigned by Management.
