Job Responsibilities:

 Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing and engineering

functions.

 Manage large-scale hiring projects, workforce ramp-ups and critical whitecollar

positions.

 Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business

leaders to understand hiring priorities.

 Build and manage talent pipelines for key manufacturing, engineering,

technical and operational roles.

 Represent AT&S at industry events, career fairs, university engagements, and

employer branding initiatives.

 Support recruitment process improvement initiatives and contribute to

building scalable hiring solutions.

 Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Job Requirements:

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.

 Proven success recruiting within manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics,

industrial, automotive, medical device, or other fast-paced production

environments.

 Experience managing high-volume hiring projects and workforce ramp-ups.

 Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring

decisions at multiple organizational levels.

 Experience working with recruitment agencies, external partners, and talent

sourcing channels.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
