We're Hiring: Senior Buyer – Supply Chain

Location: Singapore, Contract

We are looking for experienced procurement professionals to join as Senior Buyers and support purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders (POs) and end-to-end order processing.
• Handle purchasing and procurement activities.
• Manage RFQs, supplier sourcing, and quotation evaluation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain supplier relationships and support commercial negotiations.
• Monitor order status and resolve procurement-related discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in Purchase Order (PO) processing and Order Management is mandatory.
• Experience in RFQ, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems.
• SAP MM experience will be an added advantage.
