Responsibilities
Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements
Review all technical documentation and project drawings to verify accuracy and completeness
Analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions while planning, monitoring, and reporting shop drawing production progress
Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and civil & structural (C&S) shop drawings to support project approvals
Collaborate with the in-house BIM team to prepare shop drawings and secure approvals ahead of site installation schedules
Resolve construction-related drawing issues by liaising closely with Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) teams and relevant authorities
Participate actively in Technical, Coordination, and Site Meetings to facilitate project progress and issue resolution
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore
Proficiency in British and Singapore Design Standards
