We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Singapore to appoint its next Chief Executive Officer. This is a growth-focused leadership role for an experienced executive who can shape strategy, drive business development and lead the organisation into its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organisation’s strategic plan, in line with its vision and mission
• Drive revenue growth through new services and partnerships
• Lead business development to strengthen the organisation’s market presence
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and government stakeholders
• Secure and manage funding, including grants and government funding schemes
• Oversee the quality, relevance and continuous improvement of programmes and services
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 18+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles, with deep knowledge of the Singapore market
• A proven track record in business development, partnership management and revenue growth
• Experience with funding, such as grants, government schemes or other sources
• Experience in professional services is a strong advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills
