Position Overview

Heavens Portfolio is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Regional Marketing & Communications Senior Director to lead and oversee the Marketing & Communications function across Southeast Asia.

Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, public relations, partnerships and brand strategies for a portfolio of luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle clients.

The role requires a seasoned communications professional with strong agency experience, exceptional leadership capabilities, and an extensive network of media, influencers, industry stakeholders and luxury brand partners across the region.

This position will work closely with senior management and market leads to drive client success, business growth, regional partnerships and brand visibility throughout Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated regional marketing, communications and public relations strategies across Southeast Asia.
• Support the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and senior leadership team in identifying strategic growth opportunities and strengthening the Company's regional presence.
• Maintain and further develop strong relationships with regional and international media across traditional, digital and social platforms.
• Oversee media relations strategies, media pitching and communications initiatives across Southeast Asia.
• Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), celebrities, influencers, industry experts and strategic partners.
• Develop and oversee regional partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, luxury brands, private clubs, corporate associations, high-net-worth individual networks, and other relevant organisations.
• Lead negotiations and execution of strategic collaborations, sponsorship opportunities and joint marketing initiatives, and drive partnership strategies that enhance client visibility, reputation and commercial objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for industry awards and recognition programmes to further strengthen client reputation and credibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant agency experience in public relations, communications, marketing or integrated communications, preferably within the hospitality, travel, tourism or luxury lifestyle sectors. Demonstrated experience supporting luxury brands is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing regional accounts and leading high-performing teams.
• Established network of media, influencers, KOLs and industry stakeholders across Southeast Asia, with strong relationships among luxury brands, private clubs, corporate partners, tourism boards and other relevant industry organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting business development and client growth.
• Experience producing and presenting strategic reports demonstrating media performance, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused and multicultural environment.

Location

• Singapore-based role. Candidates must currently be based in Singapore and be eligible to work in Singapore without requiring employer sponsorship or visa support. Applications from candidates located outside Singapore cannot be considered.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.
