Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in marketing, sales support, administration or the F&B industry is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing activities, promotional campaigns and sales administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail in preparing quotations, sales documents and maintaining customer records.
  • Able to assist in preparing marketing materials, promotional content and basic marketing reports.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and willing to learn about F&B equipment and foodservice solutions.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia or English, both written and spoken is advantages

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional campaigns for F&B equipment and foodservice solutions.
  • Support marketing activities targeting restaurants, cafés, hotels and commercial kitchens.
  • Prepare quotations, sales documents and promotional materials for F&B customers.
  • Maintain customer databases and update sales and marketing records.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams on customer enquiries, promotions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in tracking marketing performance and preparing reports.
