Our speakers cover a wide range of topics, including leadership, finance, technology, AI, education, sustainability and more. The Asia Pacific office is based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team on a one-year contract. You’ll play an important role in bringing our speakers, events and brand to life through engaging visual content, working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to support regional and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, videos and other multimedia content using creative judgement and digital tools.
• Develop websites, brochures, presentations, illustrations and promotional materials for marketing campaigns and corporate events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts, design, art direction and production, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.
• Manage design and production timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Oversee print and pre-press specifications, artwork preparation and quality control.
• Liaise with external vendors on design, print, video and web projects to coordinate production and meet deadlines.
• Update and maintain speaker profiles, marketing collateral and digital assets.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Creative, detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, including experience coordinating with external vendors.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duration

• This is a 1-year full-time contract position, ideal for a junior designer looking to gain hands-on experience across branding, marketing, digital content and event design in an international business environment.
