Summary:

We are seeking talented and driven candidates to join an established team working on local and

regional projects. Your responsibilities will involve production and documentation

responsibilities as part of our Global Design Center.

Job Description

• Lead modelling efforts on BIM projects while supporting the BIM Coordinator and
• Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
• Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, coordination,
• clash reporting and presentations, aligned with the project LOD requirements and
• modelling standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model
• accuracy and completeness.
• Production of project output and ownership of model information.
• Maintain and update BIM models.
• Implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and
• accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior BIM Modelers to ensure they are equipped to handle complex
• projects.

Job Specification

• You must have a minimum Bachelor's/1st degree in Architecture, with 5 years experience in BIM Architecture modelling and coordination work.
• Highly proficient in BIM softwares such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, with Advance/Expert” Revit certification.
• Knowledge in Rhino, Grasshopper, Python and/or other parametric scripting tools are advantageous.
• Possess strong initiative and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-border or regional project delivery teams is an advantage.
• Good planning and organisation skills in managing modelling and documentation work.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.
